Bladestorm is a great ability--for many reasons--not least of which is that it works on the enemy's turn. I’ve always viewed the skirmisher as a mashup of a gunslinger and a melee ranger, so while implacable and untouchable make sense, because skirmishers can already move and shoot run and gun is a bit of a wasted ability.
